Annual Returns

All companies registered in South Africa are required to submit an Annual Return to the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC). This submission requires a fee to be paid to CIPC by your business. Extra charges and penalties are added by CIPC, if your Annual Return is submitted late.

Cloud CFO offers the service of submission and payment of your CIPC fees. Our fees quoted below do not include late payment penalties. Any additional fees incurred by our business will be added to your quote by our consultants.

ALL PRICES INCLUDES THE CIPC FEE, BUT DOES NOT INCLUDE PENALTIES INCURRED. PENALTIES ON YOUR 1ST LODGMENT ARE CHARGED WITH AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF R175.
